Clarke Bitter is an entrepreneur, Red Seal Chef, husband, and father.
Clarke has called Niagara Falls home for the past decade. Since arriving in Niagara, Clarke has opened two businesses. He has been honoured with a Niagara Top Forty under Forty Award (2009) and the City of Niagara Falls' Environment Award (2010). Clarke is a former member of the City’s Park in the City Committee and is a current member of the Ontario Waste Diversion Act Revision Steering Committee.
As an entrepreneur and active community member in Niagara Falls, Clarke is committed to supporting a vibrant local economy by assisting emerging businesses, especially those promoting local food and farming industries.
Clarke is running as a Green candidate because he doesn't like the way issues are currently being (mis)-handled at Queen’s Park. His goal is to create positive change for his family, friends, and community.
As a strong supporter of the local arts, culture, and music scene, Clarke looks forward to working with the community to strengthen this emerging economic sector in Niagara.
