Sid Frere, 67, is a retired elementary school principal and teacher who has lived in West Lincoln for his entire life. He has a teaching certificate from the Hamilton Teachers College, a B.A. from University of Waterloo, a Masters of Education (Administration) from Brock University, and several other educational related certificates.

Sid Frere, 67, is a retired elementary school principal and teacher who has lived in West Lincoln for his entire life. He has a teaching certificate from the Hamilton Teachers College, a B.A. from University of Waterloo, a Masters of Education (Administration) from Brock University, and several other educational related certificates.  

He is currently the Communications Chair of the Niagara West-Glanbrook EDA, for the federal Green Party of Canada. He says he has little political experience, but because he strongly believes that there are many critical issues that are not being adequately addressed, he feels compelled to offer his service.   

Sid and his wife Chris have two children.
