Thank you for your support

Thank you for your support.

Thank you for working to stop the loss of some of Ontario’s most productive farm land, fighting for better air quality and joining farmers and other concerned citizens in the region who are saying no to expensive natural gas-fired peaker plants.

After the launch of a province-wide campaign and petition two weeks ago today, the Green Party of Ontario is getting attention with the call for a healthier Ontario.

By signing this petition, you are helping us tell the McGuinty Government that we do not support imposing expensive, polluting, inefficient gas-fired power plants on local communities. With your help, we can ensure Ontarians’ voices are heard.

In two weeks 557 people have signed our petition. Our goal is to have over 1,000 signatures by December 31. Please forward the petition, www.gpo.ca/node/2202 to your friends, neighbours and colleagues.

Together we can send a loud and clear message to the Ontario Government - community voices must be heard!

Sincerely,

Mike Schreiner
Leader,
Green Party of Ontario
