The Green Party of Ontario is seeking interested individuals to conduct draft policy in a variety of areas and advise the Party on key issues as they arise.
Policy is submitted at twice annual meetings, discussed and voted on by the membership.

a) analyzing existing GPO policy
b) conducting comparative research on alternative policy platforms in Ontario, the rest of Canada, and international contexts; consulting with other members and stakeholders
c) deriving new policy for consideration by GPO membership
d) adivse the GPO on timely issues related to your issue area

Time committment: 4-8 hours per month.

Background/Skills: knowledge in issue area from work in the private sector, government or non-profit; research skills; ability to write well and concisely; basic word processing and email.
