Tim Whalley
Tim Whalley is Executive Director of Scarborough Arts, a community arts agency. He has lived in the riding of Toronto-Danforth for just under 10 years and is proud to call it home.
Tim has broad experience working with governments, stakeholders and residents. He has also taught at the University of Western Ontario and served on the Board of Directors at Fuse Magazine. He is an active volunteer in his community and a member of organizations such as the Toronto Environmental Alliance and Toronto Cyclists Union.
Tim Whalley has made many personal choices, including becoming a vegetarian, resisting car ownership and cycling to work, in order to reduce his carbon footprint and lead a healthy lifestyle. These choices, and other factors, firmly align Tim with the Green Party and its commitment to sustainability, social justice and responsive government.
Tim lives in the Greenwood/Gerrard neighbourhood with his wife Sarah, a teacher, and their baby.
