The membership coordinator oversees the membership management processes of the party.

The coordinator:

• maintains a record of GPO members' names, contact information, and Association affiliations.
• confirms member-specific information with the president or membership secretary of each member's Association, as needed.
• other than the foregoing, maintains confidentiality regarding the GPO membership list.
• organizes and carries out yearly membership drives for both renewals and new members.
• keeps a record of the GPO's active Constituency and Affiliate Associations.
• issues membership cards and information packages outlining members' rights and responsibilities
