Caroline’s vision as Toronto Representative would be to develop and empower local Constituency Associations in order to increase the talent pool of candidates, campaign organizers, and volunteers to attain the goal of sustainable funding and favourable electoral outcome. She would also work to improve co-operation and knowledge sharing among Toronto ridings.
