  • Chief Financial Officer - Dan Legault

    Daniel Legault brings extensive strategic management experience to the Green Party of Ontario. Dan is the CEO of Antibe Therapeutics, which develops new pharmaceuticals based on a Nobel-prize winning insight for improving existing drugs. He is a founding principal of Revelstoke Partners, a Toronto-based merchant bank focused on assisting companies in challenging situations, ranging from sophisticated, later-stage startups approaching commercialization to more mature but under-performing companies.

  • Eastern Region - Bryan Bondy

    Bryan Bondy is a writer and creative director. His company, Scout Design, provides branding and marketing for clients including tourism organizations, wineries, political candidates and parties including the Ontario Greens. Recognized as a regional expert in social media, Bryan’s column, Local Area Network, is published every Saturday in the Belleville Intelligencer; he also writes a weekly column on networking for Picton’s County Weekly News.

  • Eastern Region - Nicole Parker

    Nicole Parker is currently a student at the University of Ottawa in the Bachelor of Education - FLS program. Before returning to school, she worked as the Administrative Coordinator at Make Poverty History, a non-partisan NGO which advocates on domestic and global poverty issues and climate change, the Green Party of Canada as Regional Organizer for Eastern and Northern Ontario and for Médecins sans frontières (MSF) as a Logistician and Administrator on projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Niger.

  • Northern Region - Matt Richter

    Matt Richter has integrated environmental issues into the curriculum throughout his 12 year Junior-Intermediate teaching career. Selecting key local issues, Matt has emphasized the value of empowering his students to advocate and create change. Recently, Matt has initiated fundraising events for Habitat for Humanity and the Bracebridge Food Bank, actively participated on the Climate Action Muskoka Committee, attended meetings with the Sustainable Economic Development Committee, Muskoka Trails Council, and organized an interactive booth at the Parry Sound-Muskoka Family Expo.

  • Southwest Region - Robert Hodgson

    I am seeking to continue in the position of South West Region Representative (male) on the Provincial Executive, after being appointed in January 2009 to temporarily fill the vacancy. I am originally from London Ontario, though my roots run deep through the smaller communities west of there. I currently reside in Leamington, and am a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department here.

  • Toronto Region - Meghan Dawe

    I have been involved with the Beaches-East York Electoral District Association (EDA)/Constituency Association (CA) since February 2010. I am currently President of the CA’s Green Party of Ontario (GPO) executive committee, and CEO of the EDA’s Green Party of Canada (GPC) executive committee.

  • President - Bill Hewitt

    2009 is the beginning of a run up to the 2011 election that will be monumental for the GPO. This will need hard work and planning. The GPO and local CAs need to work together to develop an election strategy and platform that is coherent, fiscally responsible and relevant to all Ontarians to elect our first MPPs in 2011, as President I would ensure this happens.

  • Secretary - Robert Schmidt

    Born in Ayr, Ontario and raised by a newspaper family, Robert's first job involved rolling newspapers for delivery and taking pictures at the Fall Fair.

    Robert joined the GPC in 2005 and then GPO in 2006 while living in Waterloo. In 2006 he took on his first formal position with the EDA and since relocating to Ottawa in 2007 he has focused on working with the GPO on constitutional and procedural development. Robert was appointed Interim Secretary in January 2009.

  • Horseshoe Region - Jason Hammond

    Jason Hammond has been involved in key roles in a number of major election and by-election campaigns for both the Green Party of Canada and Ontario. He lives in Kitchener.

  • Toronto Region - Jason Mote

    Born and raised in Toronto, I have spent most of my life in the GTA aside from a two year stint abroad. I have a BA degree from York University (1995) with a major in Political Science minoring in Economics and am also currently enrolled in the Ontario Management Development Program at Humber College.

    I have worked for the past 14 years on the management team of an industrial contractor based in the GTA with specific focus on water treatment, waste management and alternative energy projects within Ontario and across the country.
